Vorkutaugol to invest $760m in development by 2020

Republic of Komi coal mining company Vorkutaugol has announced plans to invest over $760m under its development strategy till 2020.

The companys goals for the next ten years include mining at the new blocks of the existing mines, development of new deposits, development of coal processing facilities and adjacent complexes.

Vorkutaugol owns five coal mines and one open-pit quarry.

Vorkutaugol is a part of Severstal group.
