25 Dec '09
The 100,000-ton Moskovsky Universitet oil-tanker has come to the Kozmino oil-loading port not far from the port of Nakhodka, Primorsky Region, Nakhodka Customs reports.

The tanker will reportedly ship first oil from the East Siberia Pacific (VSTO) long-range oil pipeline.

The supplier for this batch is Russias Rosneft, RIA Novosti says.

It was reported earlier that VSTOs first stage would be officially launched on December 28, 2009.

VSTO is being built to ship Russian oil to Asian-Pacific markets.
