Midway plans $136.8m plywood complex

Midway United Ltd, a Russian-American company, will allocate $136.8m for building plywood industrial complex in Krasnoyarsk region in 2009, the regional administration reports.

According to the plans, birch and aspen-trees which are not used in the Krasnoyarsk region--will be processed. The complex will also recycle its waste at the expense of recycling of a waste. The biggest potential customer will be the North American market according to reports.

The plant will be constructed in the city of Sosnovoborsk.
