10 Feb '10
A $400m rail track, which is a part of Naryn Lugokan railroad, has been put into commission in Zabaikalsky region, regional officials report.

The project is reportedly financed from the RF Investment Fund.

The 130-kilometer rail track links the town of Borzya with Aleksandrovsky village, officials said.

The rail track is built under a large-scale mineral deposits development project, carried out in the South-Eastern part of Zabaikalsky region. Under the project, the 425-kilometer railroad from Naryn to Lugokan and several mines are to be built in the region.
