Woodworking launched, $125m invested

Logging company Terneiles has launched two deep woodworking factories in Primorsky’s settlement of Plastun, Primorsky regional officials announced earlier today.

The total cost of the project was a reported $125m.

The two factories have the aggregate capacity of 150,000 cu. m of lumber and more than 267,000 cu. m of veneer sheets a year, the officials said.

Terneiles is the largest logging company in Primorsky Region and the entire Far East of Russia.
