4 Mar '09
Gazprom has paid Rosneft $72m for its 25% plus one share stake in Far East gas transporter Daltransgaz, RIA Novosti said today, citing a Gazprom report.

The purchase deal was struck in December 2008, the report says. In addition, Gazprom earlier bought 47.6% of Daltransgas common shares for a reported $206m in Q4 2008.

Daltransgaz owns a 445-km section of the long-range Komsomolsk-on-Amur Khabarovsk gas pipeline.
