State-owned VEB Bank will cover 60% of the cost of the $1.3bn Primorsk Dockyard project in Leningrad Region. VEB president Vladimir Dmitriev announced earlier today.

The project owner, Vyborg Shipyard, will reportedly join efforts with the RF Investment Fund to finance 20% each of the remaining amount.
