Balakovo Mineral Fertilizers fined for $3.86m

Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (FAS) has imposed a $3.86m fine on Saratov region-based chemical company Balakovskiye Mineralnye Udobreniya (Balakovo Mineral Fertilizers) for anti-trust offense, Interfax reports.

The company was reportedly fined for taking advantage of its dominant position at a local commodities market.
