Ryazansky region-based Russkaya Osetrovaya Kompaniya (Russian Sturgeon Company) plans to build a $10.7m fish breeding farm complex in Ryazansky region, local officials reported earlier today.

Under plans, the complex is to be located in the region's Spassky district.

Construction is to kick off in summer 2009 and to last two years.
