Tyumen-based building materials manufacturer Partner has announced $109.3m plans to build a plant to produce wall construction materials in Tyumen region.
The move is to be 70% financed by a loan taken out with the East Siberian branch of Sberbank, the firm said.
Under plans, the plant is to be built on an industrial site at the company’s existing Construction Materials Plant in the town of Yalutorovsk in Tyumen region.
The plant, projected annual capacity at which is 330,000 cubic meters of autoclaved porous concrete, 45,000 tons of dry construction mixtures and 100 million bricks, will see 444 jobs created, the firm added.
The plant is scheduled to be put into commission in 2009.
