Moscow’s Oboronprom shows taste for Perm’s Aviadvigatel

Moscow’s multi-product industrial and investment corporation Oboronprom has purchased a 11.66-percent stake in Perm-based engine manufacturer Aviadvigatel for $7m, sources in Oboronprom report.

The company’s CEO Andrey Reus says Oboronprom is expecting to get hold of a 45-percent stake in Aviadvigatel to secure Oboronprom’s control over this key motor manufacturer in the Perm Region.
