9 Jun '08
Vyksa Metallurgic Factory (VMZ) has invested over $55m since 2006 on its hydro-mechanical grooving pipe business, the company has reported.

Under this project the factory has replaced two outdated hydraulic expanders used for grooving of pipes with new ones that groove pipes along all its length and with high precision.

Among VMZ's major consumers are Gazprom, Transneft and other oil companies.
