Developer Espro has announced plans to invest $13m in a project to build V-Park in Kaluga region.

The V-Park is reportedly to be located on a 11.5-hectare land site two kilometers away from the M3 (Ukraine) federal highway.

Under plans, the park territory is to be kitted out with firms of auto components suppliers and producers for needs of the Kaluga alliance of car manufacturers PSA Peugeot Citroen and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation.

Under the first project stage, the company is to build a production building for the first park resident – French car parts maker Faurecia. The 14,200-square-meter plant is to be built on a 2.8-hectare land site. The complex is scheduled to be put into commission in Q2 2012.
