Oil giant Rosneft intends to build an $8.6bn Primorsky Oil Refinery in Primorsky region, Forbes reports.
The refinery is reportedly to be located near the city of Nakhodka on the shore of the Japan Sea, and is mainly to supply its products to the countries of the Asian-Pacific region.
The complex’s projected annual capacity is 10 million tons of oil.
The oil refinery is scheduled to be put into commission in 2017.
