Henkel invested $2.3m in its Engels plant development

German household chemicals manufacturer Henkel has completed two investment projects worth a total of $2.3m at its plant in the town of Engels, Saratov region, Interfax reports.

The company has reportedly launched a $1.2m dry neutralization line to produce detergent components and a $1.1m warehouse to storage percarbonate, unload and transport
