NLMK buys Kaluga Electrometallurgical for $20m

Lipetsk regions Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK) has purchased 100% share in Kaluga Science and Production Electrometallurgical Plant (KNPEMZ), Kommersant reports.

The deal price reportedly totaled $20m.

The seller is Metallurgic Holding, which is a part of Maxi-Group, 50% + 1 share in which is controlled by NLMK.
