A new concrete factory has opened in Vladivostok, RIA Novosti reports.
It is reportedly aimed at supporting construction of a bridge from mainland Vladivostok to the island of Russky, which will host the 2012 APEC summit.
The builder and owner of the project is construction company Most that is also building the Russky bridge. According to the firm, the capacity of the new factory is 120 cu. m of concrete an hour.
Investment in the project hasn’t been disclosed as yet.
