Perm Lubricants Plant has announced plans to sell part of its territory for $10.2m.

The plant is reportedly selling a 3.8-hectare land site, located in Perm at Yablochkova Street.

The land is to be sold in whole or in parts, together with real estate facilities, including six warehouse and production facilities with total area of 6,945 square meters and a 1,423-meter railroad dock, the plant said.
