$10.8m for 30% of Omsktransmash’s property

Chelyabinsk-based tractors manufacturer ChTZ-Uraltrak has purchased 30% of property of Omsk-based state-run machine building company Omsktransmash, currently undergoing a bankruptcy procedure, for $10.8m, Kommersant reports.

The purchase has been made at a closed auction at the starting price, the paper said.

The purchased property reportedly includes 69 buildings, 42 facilities and 2,000 units of equipment, machinery and vehicles.
