GMZ sold for $4.3m

Federal state property management agency Rosimuschestvo has sold at an open auction 100-percent stake in Stavropol region-based fertilizers manufacturer Hydrometallurgic Plant (GMZ) at the start price of $4.3m, the agency reports.

The plant was purchased by a company Selkhozkhimprom, set up by the plant’s raw materials supplier Torgovy Dom GMZ (GMZ Trading House), to carry out the deal.
