Tomskneft VNK launches $1.8m asphalt plant

Oil company Tomskneft VNK has put into commission a $1.8m plant to produce asphalt-concrete in Tomsk region, the company reports.

The plant is located at Katylginsky deposit in the region’s Kargasoksky district.

The plant, with capacity of 160 tons an hour or 40,000 tons per year, is reportedly to produce mixtures for lower and upper road surfaces.
