Tutayevsky Motor Plant (TMZ) has finalized a deal to sell its abandoned premises to authorities of Yaroslavl region for $7.2m, Interfax reports.

The area in the town of Tutaev is reportedly to be used for formation of an industrial park.

Under plans, no less than 1,000 local jobs are to be created in the park.
