Primorsky’s $890m anti-crisis move posted

6 Jul '09
Primorsky regional authorities have developed a $890m counter-crisis program for 2009, Primorsky Governor Sergei Darkin announced earlier today.

According to him, anti-crisis measures include seven major social and economic issues to address.

Specifically, funds will be reportedly used to stabilize the region’s labor market and retrain local labor force at risk for unemployment or fired already.

SMEs will also get financial help, Mr. Darkin said.

Substantial funds will be reportedly invested in the real economy and real estate / construction sector.
