Amurmetal announces $178.4m 7th bond series

Komsomolsk-on-Amur-based metallurgical company Amurmetal has announced a seventh series of bonds of $178.4m by private subscription on April 10.

The number of inconvertible bonds payable on demand amounts to six million, it was reported.

Amurmetal based in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Khabarovsk krai, is the largest manufacturer of long and flat steel in the Far East.
