VEB loans $69m to Kaluga Region Development Corporation

State-run Vnesheconombank (VEB) is to give a $69m ten-year loan to Kaluga Region Development Corporation, the bank reports.

The funds are reportedly to be used to build infrastructure in the regions industrial parks.

The loan is secured against Kaluga region government guarantees.
