EBRD loans $76.5m to Vostochny Bank

Vostochny Bank, based in the city of Blagoveschensk, Amur region, is to take out a $76.5m loan with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), EBRD reports.

The funds are reportedly loaned for three years, the interest rate has yet to be disclosed.

Under plans, the funds are to be used to finance small businesses in the region.
