Kaluga regionís $23m anti-unemployment program

Authorities in Kaluga region have announced plans to carry out a $23m program to support employment in 2011-2013, regional officials report.

Under the program, the funds are to be used to provide employment for 75,000 people, organize community service jobs for 4,000 citizens, to give temporary jobs to 10,000 minors, to organize training for over 4,000 jobless people and to provide social support to 45,000 unemployed residents.
