Gefest’s $180m Primorsky highway insurance aired

28 Jan '10
Insurer Gefest has insured upgrades of a few sections of Primorsky’s M-60 Ussuri (Khabarovsk – Vladivostok) federal highway for $180m, the firm said.

An insurance contract reportedly includes a highway section between the 773.5th km and 750th km from Vladivostok’s Knevichi airport to the station of Sanatornaya. When upgraded, the section will have six lanes, the company added.

The upgrades are part of Vladivostok’s broader APEC-2012 summit preparation program.
