Insurer Rostra issued a $227m liability insurance policy to Pacific Bridge Building for highway and low-water bridge construction outside Vladivostok to a government order, the insurer said today.

Pacific Bridge Building was set up in 2005 to build and upgrade roads and bridges.

Rostra was set up in 2000. Last year’s insurance premiums reportedly topped $57m.
