Ecoprombank beefs up capital by $200m

Perm bank Ecoprombank will increase its authorized capital an additional $199.3m this year it said.

Shareholders of Perm bank Ecoprombank have voted to augment the bank's authorized capital up to $597.9m over the next 5 years, sources also report.

Ecoprombank's Deputy Chairman Alexey Chervonnykh said that the bank plans to issue nw shares that will be offfered first to current shareholders.

In late April the bank already amplified its authorized capital by 3.5 times to $67.7m with an issuance of $48.6m in shares.
