Ekaterinburg’s telecom to hold tender for $120m creditors

Ekaterinburg’s communication operator Uralsviyazinform is holding a tender to choose financial organizations that would open four lines of credit to the company worth a total of $120m, sources in the firm have reported.

The company expects to be extended two three-year non-renewable lines for $43m and $21.5m respectively, and another two two-year renewable lines for $25.8m and $30m each.

The maximum (initial) price of a potential contract has been set at one-month MOSPRIME rate denominated in rubles + four-percent interest for the first two lots, and a 12-percent rate for the third and fourth lots.
