Development-Yug borrowed $17m to build offices

Krasnodar-based development and investment company Development-Yug has taken out a $17m loan from Alfa-Bank, sources in the company report.

The funds are to be invested in construction of a B-class office center in Krasnodar. The project’s estimated cost exceeds $25.7m.
