Moscow electronics manufacturer Energo-Prom Management plans to invest $5.2m into the development of Novocherkassky Electrode factory in the Rostov region.

This figure is 2.7 times less than they invested in 2007, Interfax reports. The reason for the tightening of the budget is because the schedule for production works is already complete and the company have not yet decided upon a new investment policy.
