Volgograd region’s $16.5m SME support plan

A total of $16.5m has been spent on small and medium businesses support in Volgograd region in 2010, regional officials report.

Of the total funding, $13.2m has been allocated from the federal budget, and $3.3m has been put up by the regional authorities.
