Dalsvyaz to place $179.5m bonds

Far East telecom company Dalsvyaz is to place five bond issuances worth a total of $179.5m, it was reported in the company earlier today.

The company is to place bonds by public offering at a $29.92 par value. The circulation period is three years and maturity date is the 1092-th day from the date of placement, sources in the company say.

Dalsvyaz is the largest fixed line operator in the Far East. The company also provides services of cellular communication, Internet access, interactive television. 38.1% of the company's shares belongs to state-run company Svyazinvest.
