The SAHO group of companies (Siberian Agrarian Holding) is considering investing at least $50m in a grain-storage facility in Russiaís Far East with the capacity of 1.5 million tons, the groupís Chairman of the Board Pavel Skurikhin said at the current International Grain Forum in St. Petersburg.

According to Mr. Skurikhin, a site for the facility is being chosen on the Japanese Sea coast in Primorsky Region.

The prospective project may be reportedly carried out as part of broader plans for grain exports to Asia.
