Valars buys Primorsky for its $3.5m debt

Agricultural company Valars Group has purchases a control stake in Primorsky firm, which owns 7,341-hectare farming lands in Rostov regions Azov district, newspaper Vedomosti reports.

Valars reportedly paid a symbolic price for the firm, but is to redeem all of its $3.5m debt.

This is not the first farming firm Valars buys in Rostov region. On April 30, 2009, Marchmont wrote that in March the company bought firms Zarya, Petrovskoye and Rostovskaya, farming a total of 18,500-hectare lands.
