Razgulyay is to buy Rayevsky Sugar Plant for up to $20m

Agricultural holding Razgulyay intends to purchase Rayevsky Sugar Plant in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Kommersant reports.

The deal price has yet to be disclosed but is estimated by experts at up to $20m.

In 2005 Rosselkhozbank, as the main creditor, became the owner of the bankrupt Rayvesky Sugar Plant. In 2009 the ownership was passed to Bashkirian Sugar group, affiliated with Rosselkhozbank.
