Agricultural holding Detskoselsky has opened a $16.5m milk farm in Leningrad region, regional officials report.
The Lyuban farm is reportedly located on a nine-hectar land site in the region’s Tosnensky district.
The farm is to breed 1,200 cows, the officials said.
