A $64m grain storage complex is to be built in Tambov region, news agency RIA Novosti reports.
A total of 500 workers are reportedly to be employed during construction, after the complex is put into commission it is to create about 150-200 jobs.
Under plans, the complex is to be located at 24-hectare land site in the region’s Nikiforovsky district.
The 30-meter-high complex’s storage capacity is 240,000 tons of grain, the news agency said.
The complex is scheduled to be put into commission in 2011.
