Italian Zuegg builds $37.6m fruit plant in Kaluga region

Italian fruit processing company Zuegg has invested $37.6m in a fruit-processing plant in Kaluga region, Interfax reports.

The plant, located on a six-hectare land site near the village of Afanasovo in the regions Maloyaroslavetsky district, is reportedly to create 100 local jobs.

The plant is scheduled to start operating in February March 2010.
