The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has imposed a $5m fine on Nizhny Novgorod energy supplier NSK for antitrust offense, sources in the Service reported today.
The company reportedly prevented another local energy supplier, NEK, from accessing the Nizhny Novgorod electricity market.
The fine accounts for 0.01% of the company's annual revenue, the FAS said.
