Interregional grid company MES West Siberia has announced plans to spend $3.2m to replace high-voltage bushings at Tyumen region-based 500 KV Demyanskaya substation in 2009.

There are three oil-filled high-voltage bushings to be replaced with modern bushings with solid RIP-insulation at the substation, the firm said.
