Power generating company TGC-11 has spent a total of $21.6m on energy facilities repairs and investment program in the city of Tomsk in 2010, the company reports.

Specifically, $9.9m was reportedly spent on Summer repairs of heat mains in the city, and $11.7m was invested into reconstruction and modernization of the energy facilities.
