TGC-11 to invest $16.6m in Tomsk region

Power generating company TGC-11 has announced plans to invest $16.6m in its investment program in Tomsk region in 2010.
Under the investment program, the funds are to be spent to design gas turbine unit at Tomsk TPS-3 thermal power station, reconstruction of a dust extraction unit and turbine unit at Tomsk GRES-2 power station.
