Biography

A graduate of Tomsk Engineering and Construction Institute, Industrial and Civil Construction; St. Petersburg North-Western Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, Jurisprudence; Moscow Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation, Economics, Doctor of Science. Since 1993 Mr Badulin has been the founder and director general of investment and finance company SamotlorInvest based in Nizhnevartovsk, Tyumen region. He completed a course at Expert Systems, Russian company involved in business development solutions. Mr Badulin is a certified professional in using the Project Expert 7.0 program software.
